I agree to allow The Weston Collective (staff and students) to take photographs and video of myself, staff, and place of business. I understand that to complete the project, at least one staff member must visit The Weston Collective Studio (B5, 1713 Broadway Avenue Seaside, CA 9395) to conduct the student portrait section of the project. Dates and times to be discussed after the contract has been signed. I also agree to attend the opening reception of the Spotlight on Broadway project that my business is associated with.
