The Facing Seaside III Exhibition
at the Weston Collective Studio in Seaside
The Facing Seaside III Event was a success! We had over 75 community members visit the Weston Collective Studio in Seaside for the event. We are so thankful to the three local businesses and one government agency that partnered with us for this year’s project. Our partners this year included: Two Wolf Design, Ca Logos, La Chiquita Market and The Seaside Fire Department.
This was our largest exhibition to date, with over 35 students represented and over 35 images displayed. We had two public schools involved this year, the Dual Language Academy of the Monterey Peninsula (DLAMP) and Martin Luther King Jr. School of the Arts (MLKSOA). We are so thankful to DLAMP for facilitating field trips for the students to visit the businesses to take photographs this year. It was awesome to have a new perspective to the project.
