This series of Cyanotypes consist of self-portrait silver gelatin prints painted with chemicals. The transparency comes in as an 8x10 negative sometimes fragmented by a prism or kaleidoscope. The two images come together, the binding tie being the liquid cyanotype. The portraits represent the ideal self, the transparency represents the actual self, ghostly, pieced together and fractured. Again the images come together to form the perfect self, the liquid cyanotype being the chaotic and binding element. Jennifer Leos
